Refund policy

To maintain fairness and protect our business, we monitor return activity. Excessive, fraudulent, or suspicious return patterns may result in restrictions on future purchases or returns. Xirena reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

Domestic Returns (US)

• All full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• All US returns must be initiated through our online returns portal and shipped using the prepaid USPS return label provided.
• A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds. No fees apply to exchanges.
• Please ship your return within one week of initiating the return through our online returns portal.
• Please obtain and retain proof of shipment from the carrier. If a return package is lost in transit, we are unable to assist without proof of shipment.
• Please allow up to two weeks for your return package to reach our warehouse.
• Refunds to the original payment method may take one to two billing cycles to appear, depending on your financial institution.
• Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Xirena reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements.

International Returns
