Return Policies

Domestic Returns

• To maintain fairness and protect our business, we closely monitor return activity. Excessive, fraudulent, or suspicious return patterns may result in restrictions on future purchases or returns. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
• All Full Priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• All US returns should be processed via our online returns portal and sent back using the prepaid USPS shipping label issued.
• A $10 Shipping fee will be deducted from all returns. No fees will be deducted on exchanges.
• Please ship your package within one week of starting your return.
• Upon shipment please be sure to receive proof of shipment from the carrier. Please note, in the event the return package is lost we are unable to assist unless proof of shipment is provided.
• Please allow two weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within one to two billing cycles. 
• Upon delivery of returned merchandise, xirena.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return requirements. 

International Returns

• All Full Priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The return fee will be calculated during the return process depending on your location
• Please ship back your package within one week of starting your return. 
• Upon shipment please be sure to receive proof of shipment from the carrier. Please note, in the event the return package is lost we are unable to assist unless proof of shipment is provided.
